A 20-year-old man with his hands bound behind his back fell or was pushed about 120 feet to his death early Monday from the highest ramp of the "high five" interchange in north Dallas, police said.

"It could be either or -- a homicide or a suicide," Reyes said. "He was bound. That's why we're looking at different angles on this investigation."

Let me guess, before jumping to his death, the bound, despondent man stabbed himself 19 times and then shot himself in the back of the head...
