I have a wierd thought about this. If he is convicted and in prison, doesn't he have a 'right' to continue his treatment,preparation and eventually the surgery to change him into a woman? Wasn't there a case not too long ago where WE THE TAXPAYERS had to foot the medical costs for a prisoner who was undergoing a sex change. Please tell me I'm wrong about this.
