Police said 25-year-old Richard Miles, who is suspected of firing at the four men, barricaded himself in his second-floor unit after the shooting. Shots could be heard at the complex at 5:30 p.m. Sunday as officers from several area agencies stood outside.Richard is unlikely to survive this incident.
