You are correct nuconvert. And once he starts serving time, he probably won't have much left to serve.

Hard to believe that even skipping town only means he'd have to do a year. Since he's already done 6 mos, he's already served 1/2 his time.
Though they are trying to see if he might be linked to the disappearance of kids in several states.

Notice his kids' names? John II, Damon and Seven Exodus
