1. There is zero evidence, yet, that Karr is a pedophile. Mere possession of child porn indicates only the possibility. So far there is zero evidence that Karr ever acted on any potential pedophilic impulses he may have had. He may have somewhere, but we have no evidence. Instead, based on what we do know, he appears to have wanted to be a little girl.

2. So far, other than his own statements, there is zero evidence that he killed JonBenet. He may have, but there is no hard evidence that he did.

I call him a pedophile because I think it points to that.

The definition is, sexual attraction to children. The acting out is called molestation.

As to hard evidence, we don't yet know all of what might exist in that regard.

That will have to stand up in a court of law, and it will have to be more solid than what is now known as fact by the public. But there is enough known even by the public to warrant suspicion that he could be the one.

Just as there's lots out there that appears at this time to point away from it.
