Hi ablelight,
I wonder if they are holding evidence to not taint the jury pool? I mean this is SUCH a high profile case and no much information has been made public to clear the Ramsey's, they have to have something to present to the jury that they won't have been exposed to already and therefore make a judgement before the trial?
Just pondering here, no nothing about the legal system.
That's an excellent point. They could be doing that. In fact, that's the only logical explanation I've heard so far for why they haven't revealed why they are so sure JMK is guilty. I mean, other than some kind of knowledge very specific to the crime that only the killer could know, they've revealed nothing at all about what they have on his whereabouts that night, for example. But that could be b/c they don't want to taint the jury pool. We'll see.
Found the what I think is the REAL Patricia:
PATRICIA ADCOCK 28 Apr 1938 Jul 1985 Alabama
That's from SSDI and the Alabama means where she got her SS card, not where she was born or living or died.
It appears she was 20 when she married Wex, not 18, like the article said "court documents" state. They were allegedly married Aug. 21, 1958.
John Mark would've been 20-1/2 when she died. Thanks for helping us out with this. It needs to be sent to ABC News Law & Justice Unit to set the record straight -- unless this isn't the right one, either.
There are no Karrs or Adcocks, first name Patricia or Elaine in the index born in 1939 or 1940. This seems to fit close to the timeframe of her age and her death and is geographically appropriate.
