But you are citing a source that also says his mother died in a car crash, which is incorrect. And I have read sources that said 'treated as a girl'. There is so much misinformation going on with this... and one reporter is just copying another's misinformation.
That's been the real problem all along. How could it be the parents? Who would do that to their beautiful little girl? But how could it be a stranger that is at once stupid enough to murder a child not once but twice and pen a useless long rambling ransom note yet clever enough to drift in and out of a huge home without drawing attention or leaving a great deal of trace evidence? It boggles the mind.

But why was John also wearing the same clothes?
Why did Patsy Ramsey claim that she was fully dressed BEFORE she found the note? There was no panic or rush then, I wouldn't think.
another thing you know Wexford was married twice, right?
Maybe the reporters have it mixed up or don't know there was 2 wives... 1st wife dead, second wife divorced and alive.

Karr is a transgender - FOX reported that the Dr. at the clinic said Karr came in due to his current transgender status.

Karr said his father was a "strong influence but rarely around" and responded to Tracey's question about whether his "fascination with little girls – which clearly has a strong erotic component – is a way of going back".
"Maybe I am not going back but have simply stayed consistent," Karr wrote. "My peer group has not changed since I was a boy and girls were the people I was with always."
Karr also said he was "tortured" by his situation, which he did not disclose. And at one point he referred to the movie Finding Neverland, about Peter Pan author J.M. Barrie.
"I can relate very well to children," he wrote. "I think you are asking if I am much a Peter Pan. In many ways, the answer is yes.
"In other ways, I suppose it is no because I am trapped in a world that does not understand."

Hi All - Welcome to the JonBenet "thread thread".
I see y'all did a good job of "posting amongst yourselves" in my absence. Shock and surprise to see over 250 posts when I got here. Hmm, may need to start yet another new thread to post my addenda on!
Hope I got everybody in the "TO:" ping who visited here, but I guess if I missed you, you're not getting this ping. I keep the thread list all day and usually post a day's worth of links late night or early morning.
Don't know how long this little media circus will last - I was ready to give up on it 2-3 days ago. However, we shall forge ahead and see how it shakes out. The Ramsey murder case is definitely a mystery.
There should be lots of coverage in the next few hours and overnight, so more new threads. Will ping this same bunch when I add the new links.

I understand CNN is giving blow-by-blow (sorry) descriptions of his every move, from aboard the plane - including the fact that the US officials have to hold open the restroom door when he uses it. Aargh. TMI!
Also, I have to laugh at myself. The handsome man that I speculated was a "special friend" of Karr's at the presser is one of the Homeland Security guys, lol! At least I said he was good-looking! He certainly fits the part of being undercover to go along with Karr - fooled me!
