""well-dressed gentleman" intruder"

Actually, thats kind of funny. How does one tell the difference between a well dressed gentleman intruder, and just a well dressed gentleman? I suppose catching a well dressed gentleman in the act of intruding is one way.

John R had heard reports of a guy in the neighborhood going up and talking to people the week before JonBenet was killed. Evidently, he wore nice clothes, lol - but whether or not he was an intruder, we don't know. There were rumors of break-ins in the neighborhood during that period of time, but nothing ever came of it.

The funny thing is that John *did* catch a real intruder years later, probably 2001, can't remember now, in their house in ATL which they had said was super-secure because of what had happened to JonBenet.

He went to Home Depot for a few minutes and the alarm went off, which called one of Patsy's sisters, I think - and she was sitting out front in her car, too scared to go in, when he got back. He took a frying pan - seems like Pam had it - to hit the burglar with, lol.

When he got in, the burglar was coming down the stairs with two suitcases and John yelled at him "those are mine!" The guy somehow got John and locked him in the bathroom and moved a grandfather clock in front of the door, then fled. He stole computers, John's wallet, some of his guns, can't remember all of it.

JR went down to the police station (wouldn't ever go for the murder of his daughter, mind you) to do a sketch. The description was a "well-dressed black man" intruder. Not kidding.

Be on the lookout! Guy in Brooks Brothers strikes again!

I'm in a hurry this am...saw on some thread, posted by somebody, that Karr's mother did not die, as has been thought, but rather his parents divorced and it was then he went to live with the grandparents. Do any of you know where I could have seen this posted...I cannot now find it, as there are so many threads on the subject of Karr. Thanks if you can clue me in...

Don't forget the need for someone with magic powers. Someone who would know the Ramsey's were not home. Knew what time they would return, knew where the pad for the note was, presumably in the dark since turning on lights in an empty house would certainly bring notice.
