What I saw yesterday was that she admits to not specifically remembering that year at Christmas that Jon Benet was murdered. It was just a general statement that he spent Christmases with the family and she couldn't remember a specific time when he didn't. But again, admitted she could not recall exactly what did or didn't occur at Christmas of '96. I think the door is open a crack on her alibi for him.

Maybe she's covering all the bases, in case the dna does match? Strange that one day she's "certain" and now it's more like a "maybe."

My dad always goes hunting the day after Christmas. It's usually just for the afternoon. I know that's where he is because my brother in law goes with him. Point is, I wonder if Karr might have claimed to do something similar that wouldn't stand out as unusual. If he did, and it wasn't out of order for their normal Christmas traditions, then it probably wouldn't stand out to her as something to remember.
