All in all my experiences have been extremely satisfactory. I really don't care who or where the support is, my primary concern is the end result.......
I'll take someone with a foreign accent who knows what he or she is doing over someone with no accent who has no clue. I once spoke to a young lady in India concerning a problem I was having with XP, and during the "dead" time she fixed a Win95 problem that I had been wrestling for over a year with no success.
