Why is that guy (Davis) still living?
Isn't there some mention in California of over crowded prisons? Here is a solution, get rid of one.
He overdosed on opiates just a few weeks ago, was found unconscious in his cell, but was revived.
The drugs were probably given to him by a visitor. Even though he's in isolation and heavily guarded on Death Row, he manages to get drugs delivered to him!
