Same reason Clinton got away with being a sexual predator for so long. Power. People don't want to rock the boat and lose their jobs -- or worse. So they keep their mouths shut and do their best to ignore it. That includes the judges colleagues on the bench.
Unfortunately, you are right. I think that we should be holding lawmakers and people in office to a higher standard. Not letting them become repeat offenders.
