At his trial this summer, his former court reporter, Lisa Foster, testified that she saw Thompson expose himself at least 15 times during trial between 2001 and 2003. Prosecutors said he also used a device known as a penis pump during at least four trials in the same period.Alright, question is.. why did he get away with this for so long? Fifteen times??? Not to mention doing that other thing FOUR times!! Sheesh!

OK, perhaps I am overwhelmed here by the arcane majesty of the law, but did anyone actually SEE anything besides a piece of rubber tubing, and after a search, the pump? So how do you get to "exposure", of a man wearing a full-length robe, unless this article is leaving out a few details.....
