don't laugh. there was a Nip/Tuck episode where girls got huge breast implants filled with cocaine in South America and then the drug lord forced the plastic surgeon to remove them when they got to the US!

That is a serious question. Picture a female martyr corps in Iran surgically altered and given time to heal before they are sent out on their missions by President Amadinejhad. They used children by the thousands with plastic keys to heaven around their necks to march into Iraqi mine fields to clear the way for their troops. This would certainly be plausible, too.
