Not sure but the 22nd is considered a Holiday so no school.

Then school resumes the next day.
Iwas looking around google and American University of Sharif (sic) had up the events calander for registration dates (before the 22nd) and it showed no school for observance of the Miraj Holiday on the 22nd then school starts and school fees are due.

So that tells me if the school year is underway (no end of the world for scholars)

Call me paranoid, but we should be looking for unusual stock trades, mosque activity, and other oddities in the broad strata of society, etc.
