CNN might think this is a scoop, but I heard it on the radio yesterday.
Did anyone see the interview on (Anderson Cooper 360?--got in on the middle of the interveiw) CNN with a former Ass't DA who was not blabbing all that he knew. He expressed reservations and disappointment about the DNA apparently not being processed--lots of miscommunication going on. Bad stuff. He was NOT giving a thumbs down on all this latest movement in the case but showed a healthy and logical skepticism.
I feel a major screwing up of the case coming on again and more incompetence with Boulder PD. I hope I'm flat wrong.
