Does anyone know if Mark Karr is the youngest of the 3 brothers?

These things keep eating away at me...

His mother died when he was 12
He is sent to his grandparents to live after his mother dies.
His mother "raised" him like a girl. (per what Karr wrote to Tracey) - did mommy dress him up and treat him like girl (her little beauty queen) and then favored him?
Then he goes off to the grandparents and did they refuse to treat him (her) like his mother treated him?
Karr has extreme female mannerism's on the video taken in Thailand, he even appears to have breasts (but that might be due to his big weight loss)

Does Karr see himself a little beauty queen girl?
Did he follow young girl beauty pageants?
If so... did he see himself as JonBenet?

Thailand is noted for transgender surgery. I wonder if Karr was in the midst of something like that. He seemed very effeminate to me on TV.

He is the middle, BUT the youngest of his mother. His youngest brother is from his father's second marraige.
