This comment he made about four other murders. I wonder if they are checking into that. The cases may be cold, but if Karr did this, he would believe himself to be under investigation. It's almost like he wants to brag, but not get caught. He could also just be delusional. If the DNA is a match though, they need to seriously look into this allegation.

Local news here in Montgomery has been reporting that 3 murders investigations here have been reopened and they are considering karr as a suspect. All 3 murders were of 11 yr old girls and took place in late 2001 (after Karr had fled California). Shannon Paulk was killed in Aug 2001 in Prattville, Al. Another girl was killed in N. Alabama near where Karr lived and went to school, and another was killed in Georgia. I do not have names or dates on those, but the report said that Officials considered that all 3 murders were possibly linked.

also they are seeing if he is connected to another case in Santa Rosa, Ca - there has not been much released about the Santa Rosa, Ca info yet.
