That ransom note is really wacky. It does read like some effeminate male and/or loopy Muslim wrote it (the part about beheading kinda does that). Or Wile E Coyote. If this guy wrote it, did he have a fascination with Islamic terror? OKC was the year before, when a bunch of kids were killed in the daycare center. Did he obsess about that too? What's that SBTC supposed to be, South Boulder Terror Cell?

Looks rather sarcastic. Reminds me of those stupid muslim terrorists in "True Lies" [1994]. Maybe that's why the perp(s) were never found...
