That ransom note is really wacky. It does read like some effeminate male and/or loopy Muslim wrote it (the part about beheading kinda does that). Or Wile E Coyote. If this guy wrote it, did he have a fascination with Islamic terror? OKC was the year before, when a bunch of kids were killed in the daycare center. Did he obsess about that too? What's that SBTC supposed to be, South Boulder Terror Cell?

Looks rather sarcastic. Reminds me of those stupid muslim terrorists in "True Lies" [1994]. Maybe that's why the perp(s) were never found... "no evidence linking this to terrorist activity in Boulder, nothing to see here...". Come to think of it, JonBenet in her little outfits would have surely attracted sicko mad Mo worshipers.

Never occurred to me that this case might have anything to do with Islam, but... ? Is the foil wrapped thick enough?

John Walsh's kidnapped son was beheaded. Maybe the perp was fixated on child murders.
