If you want really bad films, you have to look at some of the old military training films. I remember two that I came across during my Navy career.

First..."It's Your Money", a USMC film that starts with some Colonel introducing the film. This Colonel is sitting behind a desk, at attention. He's a statue!! The only thing that moves on this guy is his lips, and they barely move.

Second..."The Story of the DE-733". This film was made by the U.S. government during World War II to show its young servicemen the results of "fooling around" with "loose women" overseas. Actual victims of such sexually transmitted diseases as syphilis and gonorrhea are shown, along with the physical deterioration that accompanies those diseases. They even show a 'short arm inspection' and the one guy who gets VD got it not from a hooker, but from a 'nice girl'.
