That's correct. At the very least this man is sick and is obsessed with JonBenet. Apparently he was also obsessive about the Polly Klaas case. He tried to talk to Richard Davis, the scum who murdered Polly. I think he also tried to talk to Marc Klaas.
Lock him up and throw away the key. He should never be around children again. He seems to be obsessed with little girls. It's a blessing that he has three boys.
The guy's a sicko, but it sounds more and more like he's lying about this particular murder. I wouldn't mind seeing him sent to gen pop anyway though.
