Well, that answers my question as to why he chose that professor to write to, I didn't know he wrote a book about the murder. :0)

The professor, Michael Tracey, also made three poorly-produced documentaries about the JonBenet murder. In all three, he identified different men as the perpetrators, and totally exonerated the Ramseys. The documentaries were so poor, factually and production-wise, that they were never shown in the US. They were seen on British tabloid TV.

Now Michael Tracey is promoting his NEW book on the JonBenet murder.

Coincidence? I think not.

The taxpayers are going to pay millions to prosecute this nutjob teacher from Thailand. When the case falls through, they should go after Michael Tracey to reimburse the wasted funds.
