I do believe the kidnapper could have been in the house for awhile and had access to Ramsey's personal finances.....therefore that person could know about the $118,000.00. That nutty note looked like it was not thought out. While some sicko was having sex with Jonbonet, an accomplice could have been snooping around and writing a note.

Thanks. Unless they were estranged it would be extremely unusual for him not to be with them on Christmas Day. I cannot fathom a reason for her to lie. And there will be pictures too.

actually, the note has some items in it that are very strange. the quote from "dirty harry", etc.

I'd hate for there not to be any pix, but it's always possible that with three little kids, Karr himself was the one taking photos and he's not in them.
However, it might be a larger family than we know about (I think it is) and perhaps others did take some snaps.

Clearly, the confession is as flimsy as John Kerry and Michael Dukakis combined.
And the perv giving it is as narcissistic as Bill Clinton.

I think he looks like a fruit.....and a dork. he looks like a mental patient, a real nutcase. I think it's a hoax. although he may actually believe he killed Jonbenet.

Unless he (not necessarily Karr) hid in the house for some hours and toured it while the family was out either during the day before the killing or at some earlier time. Then he wouldn't be unfamiliar. He also may have overheard conversation about the $118,000 bonus while hiding out. It's a big house and he may have hid in the basement.

He also told his father after the 2001 kiddie porn arrest that he had been arrested for the murder of Jonbenet.

I think he looks and moves like a total flaming fruit. I think he's a fruity fruitcake.
Whatever the case turns out to be, this could not be more bizarre.

That or he feels the urge to kill a child and wants to stop himself?
I dunno.

Your theory makes sense.
And these subjects, in their own twisted minds do 'love' children, as they understand 'love'.
But, by time this investigation is completed, there will be a bunch of theory's, but your's will be in the top five.

We refer to it as Christmas. We don't buy from any store that doesn't refer to it as Christmas, and we tell them so. That's not a lot of impact, but many of our friends do the same. If enough people expressed their principles through their wallets, we could make some headway. The other measure that can be taken is to write to your congressman and tell them you want the law changed that automatically gives attorney fees and costs to the ACLU everytime they successfully sue a school district or other government entity.

That's a bothersome question. There's no reason to lie unless she's worried about him being convicted and not being able to pay child support. She could also be mistaken, but that seems unlikely.

He looks like this scrawny little guy. I think he's nuts. I've adopted a wait-and-see attitude on this one.

If he did it, then a clever defense tactic might be to destroy his own credibility. The DA's case then hinges on 10 year old DNA evidence which he can bring in his own expert to refute. In a jury pool that mostly believes that a Ramsey did it, it could be enough to give him reasonable doubt.

I was really not paying very much attention to the reporting last night so I guess I missed it. Just chalk that up to the million other things I probably missed yesterday LOL!

Thank you for the additional information. There is something about this whole situation that makes a person go hmmmm.... I like your last idea about going after Tracey. If something more wonky goes on he would have to be part of it, prosecute him.

Did he share those details with Karr, or was it the other way around? Hmmmm.... This gets curiouser and curiouser.
