I certainly hope this guy knew some details that were not publicly known, and that the DA isn't buying a bill of goods. I tend to believe that this guy had to know something that piqued authorties interest, and that this isn't just your run of the mill whack-job confession. If Karr isn't the perp, then I think he knows who the perp is and the perp shared these details with him. These pedophiles like to compare notes and brag to fellow travellers about their conquests. Karr could be using that knowledge to get himself a free ride to the US and out of a legthy sentence in a Thai prison that he most likely wouldn't survive.
All of this is assuming that LE and the DA are competent. We know that the DA and LE in Boulder weren't competent 10 years ago. Here's hoping that the new batch is a cut above.
Also, judging by his appearance, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that he has AIDS, especially when you consider his proclivities and where he was. This may be nothing more than a ploy to get into a US jail where he will receive at least some level of healthcare.
Then, we have the curious little factoid that he lived close to the Ramseys in GA, but doesn't seem to have ever lived in CO. Very, very curious little deal we have going on here. I suspect it will be some time before we have the full story.

Yesterday on ABC radio they reported that the DNA was a match. And now this report says they haven't released that info yet?

You would think that if this suspect as so intelligent and had studied the case for so many years, he would have a better confession than this.
I still believe someone within the Ramsey family did it. SOme other facts that the MSM have not bothered to check on-evidence showed she was not penetrated.It was done by using a digit(finger)The Ramsey house is like a maze.It would be extremely difficult for someone unfamiliar with it to find their way around

Only two things will solve this case....a connection to Boulder and most important, DNA.....his was fascinated by the JonBenet case and was e-mailing a prof who had written a book about this murder, so he knew a lot of facts that the average person doesn't.........and yes, he looks like he has AIDS..
Anyone who would get a thrill taking credit for a child murder is DEFINITELY a fruitcake. When I first saw him,I thought he could be a cross dresser becasue his facial appearance seems effeminite
