Yes, that is horrible to do that to a young child. Parading her around in full-blown adult make-up in public is off-the-wall odd. If a young woman (over 18) wants to do that, fine. It's her conscious decision. But to dress up your 4 or 5 or 6 year old daughter like that is just not fair to her, IMO. Jon Benet had no choice. She can't consent. She was barely 6 when she died.
