She's pretty much saying nothing. She says the law prcludes her from giving any details.
I say BS. If she KNEW that he was the guy, they would let the press know.
This press conference pretty much reinforces my view that the guy didn't do it, as much as I hoped he was.
I believe she's going the extra mile in being tight-lipped in order to not botch the continuing investigation.
