My thoughts exactly. I had always held out hope that it wasn't a family member. God bless that poor family, losing their child and then having suspicions cast on them.

Imagine dealing with the loss of a child AND unjust suspicion of having done it.I will forever remember a reporter taking John Ramsey to the gravesite for an interview, and there was "Daddy did it" spray painted on the tombstone. John clearly did not know that was there in advance (maybe the reporter did - I don't know). Anyway, like the lawyer he is, he kept cool outwardly but you could see the pain inside.

And the death of JonBenet followed the death of his older daughter in a car accident the year before.
