ok, I watch law and order..why weren't all the suspects given DNA tests early on and if they refused, be compelled to comply?? this could have been solved years ago IMHO..

The law enforcement officials in Bouder botched the investigation in the beginning. I agree with you if potential suspects were ask to give DNA samples in the start this would have been over. If they refused to give a DNA sample voluntarily a judge can compel a person to give a sample. But, I am heavy happy this man was arrested hopefully will be given the death penalty.
