I suspect the woman that has already pled guilty to this crime (Hawkins) was squeezed by Nifong and Linwood. She's probably changed her tune and now I look for her to be a state's witness.

Hey, they don't even pursue prostitution in Durham! Why would they feel the need to go after a cab driver for such a piddly little charge like this? We all know why, but why does the system allow him to do this? Nifong needs to be brought up on charges of abusing his oath of office.
