If a linebacker deserves to be in the HoF based on his heart and love of the Game, it's Junior Seau. Well-deserved retirement, and a lot of QBs are breathing easier today.

He's a shoo-in for the Hall.

I think so because given the way the selection for the Pro Football Hall of Fame works, Seau is a very likely first-ballot candidate winner, given that he was highly respected by his peers and well-liked by the media, too.

Hall of a career?

No question, first ballot.

I don't think so. He might make it eventually, but there are only 16 linebackers in the HOF. I don't think he's between 17 and 20 all time. Probably more like in the low 20s.
