Here is a pic of the span at Bay St. Louis. Bids have gone out and construction is underway, expect a couple of years. The I-10 is ok for thru traffic, but 90 won't be ready for some time. We were down there a few weeks ago, and noticed that the marquis in front of the Beau Rivage (Biloxi) announced reopening 8/29/07 -- exactly one year from the date of the hurricane.
