I had a friend in high school whose a-hole brother went into a phone booth to relieve himself about 2:00 AM one morning. It might have been OK had the fool (can you tell I didn't like this guy?) not passed out in mid-stream so to speak. Public intox and indecent exposure both. What a loser.
