Agreed, but I believe it is at least two years and possibly longer. And the clock might not start until charges are dropped against the falsely accused.

Some of my thoughts on this could change considerably if Nifong takes this to trial and the players are acquitted. My original statements were based on the thought that the loss of support from the "black community" might influence Nifong to drop the charges.
