The only lawsuits against Durham County or Duke that would be realistic at this time would be filed by the boys, not Mangum. Sure, she can file, but she has to prove damages and in order to prove that, she has to prove the incident happened. If the "black community" is bailing out on her and Nifong in the criminal case, they will be hard-pressed to justify backing her in a civil suit.

I am not saying that it is realistic that she can prove damages. Just from reading Cash Michaels writing as a self-annointed spokesperson for the "black community" there are dollar signs there. I understand filing a lawsuit and winning a judgment are totally different things. I just see this as an attempt to set things up for a suit. He has made numerous statements about the suffering of the FA. With all the suffering she has supposedly endured, a suit to recover "damages" is only logical.
Go read "our hearts world"; the black community is not bailing out on her. Not at all. They are expressing some anger with Nifong after Cash's latest missive but totally supporting her. Justification is not necessary for them to proceed with a civil suit. At this point it is all about M O N E Y. IMO.
