I don't want too many details about what kind of stuff you can mix together to make bombs.

The FBI transcripts from Project Bojinka used to be, and maybe still are, on the FBI website and went into great detail on using contact lens solution bottles to get nitro onboard, what kind of watch to use for a delayed timer, where to plant the bomb, etc.

You can be sure the good ol' NYT will print recipes for bombs, disclose details of information that is supposedly secret on how the plot was foiled, etc., etc.; basically, whatever they can do to aid the terrorists and Bash Bush.....
