Himan probably told Nifong there was vaginal trauma after he spoke to the SANE nurse about the report on March 16th.

Nifong had good reason to believe there was vaginal trauma on the 16th, because Himan had heard about the SANE result on the phone from Levicy.

If the sane nurse told Himan that she is in big trouble. She not only lied but she broke federal law. I don't believe she told him anything of the sort. This subject is heavily drummed into all people associated with Duke University Medical Center and all affiliated organizations. I know this for a fact because I am related to a person that works in a very sensitive area within this organization. The security of medical information is very high priority.

As far as Himan is concerned I believe he lied about any conversation with the sane nurse because he lied in the subpoenas in stating the the reports had been received under subpoena when it is clearly apparent that they were not received before April 5th. Any statements by him and Nifong prior to that date were lies.
