The WTO can't force anyone to do anything they don't want to. We can remove ourselves from the WTO anytime we choose. They have no power of enforcement. The WTO's dispute process actually makes it less likely that sanctions, and the resulting trade war, will happen. WTO membership opens markets to our exports and ensures less government interference. You guys have never been able to show us why more trade is bad or how WTO membership has hurt us economically or politically.

You just create your own, like the SPP, if you can't get what you want out of Congress

You'd think with all this unconstitutional behavior going on someone would have challenged one of these trade agreements in court. Can you cite any settled litigation showing these agreements to be unconstitutional? Demagogues like Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo are associated with PAC's who have lots of money. If they're so outraged by these acts, why don't they use their resources to challenge them in court?
