Yup, fewer and fewer Americans are working. Nearly 23.5 million more than when NAFTA passed. We're doomed!

The cheap goods from slave labor has been used to manipulate our economy Since when do slaves earn wages? How can Chinese people earning wages manipulate our economy when our GDP is almost 7 times larger than theirs?
...and give the illusion that our government is keeping a lid on inflation
Our rate of inflation is higher than the government says it is? Source?

It will require that U.S. citizens effectively surrender our citizenship to the North American Union, along with a new currency, the Amero. Has Congress scheduled a vote yet on abolishing the Constitution and installing Bush's best buddy, Kofi Annan, as president of the world? After that, of course, they'll come and take all our vital bodily fluids. Is this what you believe?
A lefty professor from American University proposes some nonsense that Congress would never even consider and you buy into it hook, line and sinker. Are you also a fan of George Noory?

...the damage being done to the most successful middle class ever built in world history...Somebody help me out here.
I was able to follow all that stuff about how we hate the Chinese and Panama and everything, but I missed the part about damage being done to the US middle class.
Where was that covered?

Naivety and ignorance leads the charge for many on this issue. I think you are wrong about that, it is mostly based on my tag line.

I thought NAFTA was going to destroy all our jobs? You'd think Americans would have fled to Mexico to find work.
Did you figure out that cheap oil versus expensive oil idea yet?

"trusted"?
There's no requirement for us to do that. We can still stop it at the border and verify contents. Or, if that doesn't work, we can bomb the port facilities.
