I would argue that you're wrong. The differences between individuals are far greater than you'll find by taking homeschoolers vs public schoolers as a group. The difference in siblings alone can be absolutely astounding, homeschooled or not. Those who don't homeschool are far too quick to think homeschooling is some kind of pancea that it's not.

I don't think we're defining the issue in the same terms.
I view normal rebellion as things like talking back to parents, being sullen, and generally acting like a 13-18 year old. I'd expect some of that out of any adolescent, regardless of schooling.
What I view as problematic rebellion are such things as drug use, premarital sex, and violence. My argument, and I do agree that I should have defined it better, is that children who are homeschooled have a much lower incidence of those problematic behaviors.
