Nice state, Wyoming. I've driven many times from Denver up to Laramee thru the high chapparal and a very nice small post office in Tie Siding. Use to hunt antelope near the Montana border, near the Bear Tooth Gap. Horsebacked in and the Winchester 308 downed a few, from a good distance. Both sides of my family are from northern Wyoming. I don't know that part as well as central, but pretty well. Beautiful part of the state, and a well-kept secret, since the interstate doesn't pass through there.

One can drive from Billings MT through the Bear Tooth Gap and then into northern Wyoming. Outside of central Idaho, it's one of the most beautiful portions of the nation, particularly at sunup or sundown.
