FreeBSD ships with Gnome, Emacs, gcc, and a bunch of other GPL stuff. Go look at the images yourself.
I don't have to look at anything, I already know most BSD users use KDE, and generally use Stallmanware as little as possible. The main thing they need is a replacement for gcc, and they are working on it. Stallman is a radical no matter how much you like to defend him, thankfully you're quickly becomming a minority, everywhere.
