Don't think the toilet seat cover would have helped. The glue would have soaked right through it. It does pay to look prior to sitting, though. ;)

Uggh, Toilet Seat covers are queer. Only extremely germaphobic, paranoid people use those. I have noticed more people in Seattle use them than ever did in the South. Back home, I don't think they even usually stock those things in the bathroom...
