The testosterone patch is used on a regular basis by pro athletes. The testosterone itself is not what is tested for in the drug test!!! It's the ratio to epitestosterone. Therefore, an athlete can take synthetic testosterone and off-set the effect on the ratio by masking it with epitestosterone.
