Not true, she licensed the song to him three years ago. Wasn't there a stipulation that the vocals be removed? Seems to me that originally he used it at times with the vocals.

The afternoon following Election Day 2004 he played the whole song (with vocals). The song especially was fitting for Election Day 2004, due to the fact it's about Ohio, which was crucial for Bush.
