Ah, but if you read the article, the NCAA DID NOT clear AP, the Okla Compliance office did.

That fact that AP got a "deal" on Lexus and Bomar and his buds worked and received illegal benefits and the same dealership should send up the RED flags at the NCAA. It should, if the not the NCAA is in worse shape than I thought.
