They wouldn't do that to an Alabama either. They would however crush both with massive penalties making it virtually impossible to field a competitive team for 4-5 years and destroying the depth on the bench.

That is also why I said OU needs to get rid of the booster. A rotten booster can destroy a program in 15 minutes or less.

Agree on the SMU deal. And Oklahoma has been slammed by this "capricious" organization before. Our "punishment" lasted for three years.

It was due to the "excesses" of the Bootlegger's Boy, Barry Switzer---just before he left to become a Dallas Cowboy. Now he wants to be a political pundit--gotta wonder what kind of politicians he supports.
