It's sad that Mel will pay a heavy price for his rant. The 60s crowd ('thought police') wants to regulate every word or thought that occurs to everyone. I remember a rhyme that I learned as a child that the newer generations need to adapt 'sticks and stones may break my bones but names can never harm me'. People just need to develop a thicker skin. If you don't like what someone is saying, change the channel.
