According to the FEC, a Romulo L. Diaz is a contributor to the GAY AND LESBIAN VICTORY FUND, the DNC, and also contributed to Al Gore.

If this agreement is in writing,then the Boy scouts should have no problem prevailing in court.But then,I'm no lawyer.

One would think that their victory in the SCOTUS a few years back would help them in their legal battle.
