Succubi are infertile. Whatever progeny comes from them is stillborn, or belongs to the devil and goes to him express delivery - check "Malleus Maleficarum" for the case studies.

It's actually an oft-debated question whether Lilith was actually a demon or a person.
I agree that the Malleus would affirm this about a succubus, but while the Malleus is magisterial, it is not Magisterial.
