I can't argue that point, especially after what Polk said about him. The good news for Dyleski (unlike Polk) is that he does have a real lawyer. I'd bet that his lawyers, and even the prosecutors, are putting Horowitz under a microscope.
I'll also bet that they don't come up with a thing.
